SUMMARY:Pickwicks Oldtimers' Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The date and venue for the Pickwicks Oldtimers’ meeting has been set. \n\nIt will be on Sunday 16th February at Depot 1899 in Sachsenhausen (very close to Südbahnhof and very easy to get there): an all you can eat buffet open from 11:00 to 14:30. The cost is €29.50 per person\, coffee and tea extra.\nThe response has been very good. We need to know by 1 February how many people are planning to attend. You can always sign up by sending me an email. If you have not already contacted me and would like to attend\, please contact me. At the moment we do not know how many people are planning to attend. It may be that the bookings will be closed by the 1st of February. So the sooner you confirm your attendance the better.\nAll present/active members and past members are welcome.\nPlease let us know if you are coming alone or with someone.\nIf you have contact details for other Pickwicks’ Oldtimers\, please send them to me.\n\nBob Stevenson

DESCRIPTION:As already announced\, this year’s Pickwicks AGM will be held on Wednesday 26 February\, at Nidda Restaurant. This is a legal requirement as long as Pickwicks is a non-registered organisation (Verein); as there is nothing out of the ordinary to be discussed this year\, the formal part of the evening should not take too long. \nWe will meet as usual from 7 p.m.\, and the meeting will start at 8 p.m. The Committee looks forward to a good turnout. Anyone may attend\, but only paid-up members may vote on the points on the Agenda\, which will be made available on the day. \nPublic transport: U7 / Bus M34 stop “Hausener Weg”\nParking: Brentanobad car park
