Special Annual General Meeting

As already announced, this year’s Pickwicks AGM will be held on Wednesday 4 March, at Nidda Restaurant. This is a legal requirement as long as Pickwicks is a non-registered organisation (Nicht eingetragener Verein). This will be the club’s last AGM (in its 50th year), after which we will continue as an informal group without statutes or membership fees. 

We will meet as usual from 7 p.m., and the meeting will start at 8 p.m. It is suggested that those wanting to have a meal there arrive a bit earlier, at 6 or 6.30, so that there will be no interruptions to the actual meeting.

The Committee looks forward to a good turnout. Anyone may attend, but only paid-up members may vote on the points on the Agenda, which will be made available at the meeting.  You can pay this year’s €5 subscription on the day, if you haven’t already done so.
